We love Dr Norton
Incredible staff, great vet!
We’ve been taking our 4 dogs here for several years and never had a problem until our last couple of visits. We had to wait an hour, they took in a lady before us that arrived after we did and had an appointment 30 minutes after ours. When we went to weigh our dog there was pee all over the scale. When we left the vet said he would call us in like 30 minutes with the blood work results. We had to call the vet 2 days later and he still never called us. We moved to Cedar 2 years ago. Our older dog Lambeau (a Lab Dane mix) was OLD. But never the less, a family member. It was near the end, so we took him to Dr. Norton to confirm. DR. NORTON GOT DOWN ON HIS HANDS AND KNEES TO GREET, PUT HANDS AND HEART ON OUR SWEET BOY. He agreed that the time was near. Referred us to an in-home loving service.
