Took a client dog in the other day, they were super helpful. The appointment went fast. They answered all my questions!
First time calling in, was put on hold for 15 minutes, before being hung up on. Called in again, and was asked to hold. When I explained what happened, the lady blamed me for staying on the phone for longer than 5 minutes. Not what I would call even moderately acceptable service.
