Dr. Norton and his staff are incredible. They treat your pet as real people and treat you with respect. I would recommend Dr Norton and his professional staff to everyone who needs help with your special Pet.
Was taking my dog Bear there but I called to try to get him in for some shots so I could go to a funeral and left a message for them and they never called back and then I called again and left a second message and no call back. So I went and made one call to southern Utah veteran and got him in on the same day with no problem. All I asked was for a phone call back and nothing in over two weeks. So that tells you how much you and your pet means to them.
Love the vet and vet techs, 4 stars because the front desk clerk has been so rude to me and my wife that we don't want to return.

Very grateful for the vet and how open he was answering all my questions. he was very kind to me and my situation and didn’t pressure me to get unnecessary treatments for my cat when you can make an educated guess on how useful it will be if the outcome is just going to stay the same. I Felt like the receptionist spoke to me like I was stupid though. The way things were worded made me feel like I was dumb for asking.
