I contacted this clinic simply to ask how appointments were booked, whether by email or another process, and the response I received was incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. The front desk/support staff came across as rude, short, and as though answering a basic question was some huge inconvenience. I understand clinics can be busy, but patient communication and basic courtesy matter — especially when someone is reaching out for medical assistance. Worth the wait to talk to front desk staff. They are friendly and helpful. Dr. Marazzi has taken great care of our entire family and we are thankful to have him as our doctor!
I phoned Feb 17 and was told there was a new doctor starting in April and I should phone back then to apply for my daughter and husband to be patients with that doctor. Phoned on Apr 1 and was told the doctor was settling in and organizing at the clinic, and I should call back in 2 weeks. Phoned today (Apr 16) and was told there were thousands of intakes (applications) and the doctor was taking no more for now. Was told that applications had been closed since MARCH!
