This was a great experience! Staff was timely, maintenance was efficient and very considerate. The courtesy, respect and decency I received from not just staff but neighbors was really great. Would recommend!
The soundproofing between upper and lower units is horrible. So tired of hearing every sound from my downstairs neighbor and their crying child and equally feel bad they have to deal with the noise from our unit... If we had known how poor the sound proofing was we wouldn't have moved in. Our carpets also never got cleaned from the previous tenants and have been waiting for a proper cleaning for 2 months since we moved in.... The other residents are TRASHY, yelling at their baby daddy's and baby mama's all throughout the nig... read more
