Our unit was out of heat on thanksgiving day till the following Friday, this was very concerning as we have a toddler in the home. Living at the cedars has been a great experience. Maintenance is prompt When there is a problem. There is never trash or other debris anywhere, which is wonderful! My family and I are planning to stay for years to come!
