This is a great place to live, super spacious living. Maintenance responds in a timely manner. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is great it’s kinda hidden away so it feels private, but also close to main shopping ! There’s many amenities and great landscaping and plenty of space to walk outside.
By far the worst apartments. The reviews are not exaggerating. Leaks, brown recluse spiders, awful staff. I wouldn’t let someone I care about live here. Seriously. It’s awful. I started a lease less than 2 months ago and I should have listened. Spend the extra and avoid this place
Management clearly does not care if residents can actually use the carport spots they pay for because unauthorized vehicles constantly take them. The lease explicitly states that unauthorized vehicles are supposed to be towed at the owner’s expense, yet Management refuses to enforce its own rules. The property is also full of abandoned vehicles with expired plates, which Management continues to ignore.
