Well I must say that my first visit to the clinic was impressive, painless and easy. I'm a first time patient at the clinic and when I booked, I offered to fill any cancelled appointments. They called me in early and I was free to make it. I was to get some x-rays and a clean. My hygienist was Vinisha and in all my 62 years, I have never experienced such gentle dental. if I could have given 0 stars, I would have. this clinic has done a mediocre job with teeth cleaning. they didn't give the choice or ask if we wanted a full cleaning some of the time. I felt uncomfortable when I said I drink coffee and smoke. my husband has a tooth that had been ground too far and its so sharp. and then they charged us $100 when something came up in life and we couldn't make an appointment. 24 hours notice is all we could give. I will be looking elsewhere.
I went to this dentist as a youth from care who needed quite a bit of work (root canal, fillings, etc). I moved to penticton about 4 years ago now, and I am not even joking when I say this: every single bit of work this dentist did on my teeth has failed miserably, crumbled, and has ended up hurting extremely bad. I mean I get it; if you're in a pinch and that's all you can afford, you can go to this dentist. But just be prepared to pay much more money from a better qualified dentist to get ALL of your teeth re done because ... read more
Have been going to Dr. Fox for 7 years, both he and his staff do great work. Always friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.
Dr Fox makes me feel like I’m in good hands. He made sure about the pain management during my procedure and the hygienist was so caring and supportive. Very satisfied. The reception has been patient with my dental insurance company, which is always an issue at every health clinic. Thank you
