I want to give a huge Rave to cedar Ave dental in trail , dr. Fox and his crew for going above and beyond with my teeth getting them back to where I can smile again without shame and pain. I was told by a different dentist most of my teeth were not fixable. Well dr. Fox proved that wrong and I can’t thank him and his team enough I thought I was going to be 26 with dentures or implants Thank you dr. Fox and your crew so very much!

I have been a patient of Dr. Fox's for over 5 years now. He is the most efficient, professional Dentist I've dealt with. I would not go anywhere else!!. Thank you for restoring my smile, my confidence and being an all around great dentist. Great staff and kind office atmosphere Mel

Well I must say that my first visit to the clinic was impressive, painless and easy. I'm a first time patient at the clinic and when I booked, I offered to fill any cancelled appointments. They called me in early and I was free to make it. I was to get some x-rays and a clean. My hygienist was Vinisha and in all my 62 years, I have never experienced such gentle dental. if I could have given 0 stars, I would have. this clinic has done a mediocre job with teeth cleaning. they didn't give the choice or ask if we wanted a full cleaning some of the time. I felt uncomfortable when I said I drink coffee and smoke. my husband has a tooth that had been ground too far and its so sharp. and then they charged us $100 when something came up in life and we couldn't make an appointment. 24 hours notice is all we could give. I will be looking elsewhere.

I went to this dentist as a youth from care who needed quite a bit of work (root canal, fillings, etc). I moved to penticton about 4 years ago now, and I am not even joking when I say this: every single bit of work this dentist did on my teeth has failed miserably, crumbled, and has ended up hurting extremely bad. I mean I get it; if you're in a pinch and that's all you can afford, you can go to this dentist. But just be prepared to pay much more money from a better qualified dentist to get ALL of your teeth re done because ... read more
