Before coming to cedar dental in trail,I used to hate going to the dentist and would be anxious but not anymore. Dr. Howard Fox and his assistant Salome are very friendly and always make sure I’m comfortable and doing okay throughout my appointment. Highly recommend 😁
Extremely efficient and no pain. Got me in, for a broken tooth in 2 days and fixed it right away, even if it was after hours… very greatful!! Awesome team, from the receptionist to the assistant and the doctor… glad I found you.
UPDATE: The receptionist called me after I posted this and told me rather rudely they were dropping me as a client because of this review. You guys are the ones at fault. I had no issue with Dr fox. The only people I have issues with are the receptionist and the hygienist with the french accent. Both were nasty more than once. The lady with the accent has been ableist numerous times to me. The worse customer service ever I have experienced. The lady from the reception booked me for an appointment today and since it was the long weekend she did not give any option to cancel the appointment and did not even provide me an email to cancel the appointment and asking $50 to come in and pay . Never ever recommend to anyone
This is by far the worst dentist and receptionist I have ever experienced! I had been going there for 4 years and just switched to a different dentist due to moving. I have a mouth full of cavities and a root canal! After already having two root canals with Dr fox and many fillings. I had one appointment booked for a filling before not going there anymore.
