I left them an email and called no answer. I wanted to ask about emergency services. But they never called me back or email me. Waste of time. However, I treated my cat my self with meds from Tractor Supply. And my cat's just fine.
My cat had dental surgery at Cedar recently. Dr. Spulak was very detailed in explaining what was done and how my cat was doing, what to expect, and sent him home with plenty of medicine. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was my first time taking any of my pets to Cedar and I'll be going back if needed. I'm very satisfied.
Always great place for pet care. Friendly staff and good service. Always happy I brought my pets there.
Made an appointment last week for my cat...they called yesterday to confirm I'd be there. Went there today 15 minutes before the appointment. Checked in and filled out paperwork. People came and went and came and went...we sat there. No one asked why we were there, took no history like they did everyone else. I am deeply disappointed in the lack of compassion and care shown by this clinic, especially considering their promise of “friendly, compassionate veterinary care” listed on their website. We typically go to Airport Animal Clinic due to this clinic’s reputation, and although they were also unable to help, they were far more empathetic and kind in explaining that.
