Absolutely ridiculous. How is it that you have a waitlist for 3 to 4 months for a new Mother to join WIC. They are the only office that never accepts any calls and every time you walk in, they can never take you. I hate this location. They are very unprofessional and they clearly do not care about the new mothers calling. They seem more irritated to answer the phone and do their jobs. There is no reason I should have to call 23 times before someone picks up the phone even after I’ve left 5 to 6 voicemails throughout the week... read more
