I visited the GreenTech Renewable Hyvard office on Monday, December 29. There were four people waiting in line and not a single employee at the counter. It was freezing inside, and nobody was working. This is not a one-time issue — it happens all the time. Park your truck outside the facility and the check-in has a big sign “Will Call”. Nice employees and very fast loading/unloading. They can take your load even before the appointment date and time but make sure to call them beforehand. To dock, you need to reverse all the way in the company and then dock.
Folks at the service counter were great. Helpful and efficient. Had everything I needed for the job.
The worst Greentech I have been to. Even when I will call the day before, I always have to wait at least an hour and half for the material. Also their employees there don’t care at all. And this happens to me always so I decided to never will call this location.
