Greentech Phoenix is awesome and take care of their customers. They use great product, delivery on time and have great service. Brian at the counter is awesome! I've been in the solar industry for nine years, and they are by far the best in the business.
I am going to give a 5star rating, in hope this review will be read. There is a new female employee at this location who is extremely rude and uninformed about how this place runs. This morning, she was very unprofessional and argumentative with customers. We have been coming here for years and have never had an experience like this before. Art is a fantastic employee! He's a knowledgeable salesperson, and he's really good at explaining things in a way that's easy to understand. My son Ivan was having a little trouble, but Art was incredibly patient. He took the time to walk him through it step-by-step. I'm so grateful for Art's help!
