Called for a last minute was and dry about 2 hours before they closed. I was able to be seen 30 minutes later Had the best shampoo of my life!MY LIFE!!!! She really scrubbed and washed it 3 times before applying the conditioner She made sure to take care of my damaged hair because I have bleached my hair She did light work of a round brush and when it came time to use a hot tool, she made sure it was on a low setting with adequate heat protectant.
