Made an appointment confirmed by Elena Orellana and when I got to the salon, it was closed. I called and sent messages to the number we had in communication and did not get a response even when I confirmed again less than an hour before heading out. This appointment was for a birthday photoshoot so not being able to do it was very disappointing.
