The doctors at this office are very professional and attentive to your concerns.
I was not sure my visit would be covered by my insurance. Prior to making an appointment, I spoke with the doctor's nurse. She explained that the consultation for the procedure I needed would be covered by my insurance. The day I went in for my appointment, everything had changed. The receptionist told me there would be a $50 co-pay. I explained to her what the nurse had told me before I made the appointment. After waiting for verification, I was told the co-pay would be $75. Dr. Cecola was great. Easy to schedule an appointment. I was seen quickly and efficiently. They even did my hearing test the same day and scheduled a follow up quickly. He explained what was happening to my hearing well and in an understandable manner. He has great bedside manner. Highly recommend this office.
Dr. Cecola gave me the best advice. Other doctors give you meds without knowing the side effects, but Dr. Cecola told me that one of my meds was causing my ENT problems. I’m now off of that particular medication and my sinuses cleared up right away!
