Cecilton Cuts is highly recommended. Ashley has cut my hair twice and Kerri once. Both know their business. In and out in 20 minutes and I’m pleased with my cut and you can’t beat the price. Best deal around. I’ve paid almost twice as much for a cut in Philly and didn’t get any more. Thank you Ash and Kerri. My head has found its caretaker.
