Helpful and Friendly I only have one experience with them, but it was a good one. I plan on returning to them when the need arises. It's hard to find a good, honest mechanic, so when you do, stick with them. PROS: Good Service, Good Prices CONS: Located on the worst intersection of Vacaville
Exceptional Service Called Cecil's Hi Tech Auto Care with an overheating concern. The receptionist was very friendly and careful to listen and answer each question with as best advise she could provide me. They took my vehicle in almost immediately. While I spoke to the service writer inside "keeping cool" the mechanic was already performing a diagnostic test and located the source of the problem. He then pointed out what the problem was and made his suggestions. In other words there was no guess work involved. I would gladl... read more
High Mileage Driver I have brought my car to Cecils numerous times. Like a fellow reviewer said, it's difficult to find a good, honest mechanic, and I feel that this is just what you'll find at Cecils. Tim is always pleasant and attentive and explains things well. I trust that I'm not getting cheated or manipulated there. Case in point: I brought my car in for brakes or something and also said I may as well get a tune up.
