I was referred to Cecils for an alignment after some work done. Since I have owned my truck, any time I go in the shop I always ask how the front end is due to wanting to be on top of the vehicles maintenance. I have never been told anything bad. So far I am highly impressed with the customer service provided by this shop. I do the majority of work to my own vehicle and not many shops take you seriously especially when you come with your own diagnosis. It's completely understandable. I had some suspension work taken care of by another shop and was looking to have a dealer fix an ongoing issue back to back. I went here to get a wheel alignment on my truck. I informed them that I had replaced the parts on my truck and that the steering wheel was not properly aligned when I adjusted the drag link. They did an inspection of my brakes system instead and told me what I already knew. Also they told me that one of my ball joints was to tight. I didn’t know that a place that specialized in doing alignments required that brake system be checked to complete a wheel alignment.
