I have been trying to set an appointment for my mom for a week. All you get is answering service during regular office hours and they never call back. Answering service tries to reach them as well. Dr Hernandez treated my mom at st josephs. Maybe he should close his practice! So annoying!
I went to see Dr because I have a difficult urinating. After he told me that I was in the wrong office because my kidneys was in good shape. He told me that I need the Urology and explain to me all the test that the Urology may do to me. In the way to the counter dr was complaining how many wrong PT been send to him. Is not may fault. Also when I was living I feeling that I need to go pee and the Dr said oh! you said that you cannot go pee. I reply I have the sensation so I need to try. Been seeing Dr Hernandez for 20 years and he is by far the most knowledgeable Nephrologist in the area. Always takes the time to explain any issues and answers any and all questions. His office staff is phenomenal and always kind and friendly.
