I got turned away by almost all of the Granite companies in the area after making my requests for materials and communicating the need for an expedited process due to the pressure I was facing with my clients to have the work done fast and precisely. I initially wanted to give this countertop 5 stars because the service was excellent. However, after a few months, I’m regretting this choice. Keeping the countertop clean is exhausting—I have to wipe it down thoroughly after every use. It scratches so easily; it feels as though I’m dealing with thin glass. This is the highest-maintenance countertop I’ve ever seen. After every meal, I need to use a cleanser; otherwise, stains become tough to remove.
