Dr. Zhang seemed pleasant during my first visit. However, my subsequent appointment was a completely different experience. I had to wait over an hour, and with no communication from the staff, I ultimately left. The staff's behavior was consistently rude and disrespectful, showing no regard for patients' time. When I inquired at the front desk about being seen, their response was dismissive, stating I would be seen 'when they were ready.' First time visiting the office , very clean friendly and respectful staff. I was very impressed with the quality of care and Dr Z took time getting to know me personally which is so important in doctor patient relationship.
