Regan is super nice. The spa manager is super pushy for sells which is fine but she isn't professional about it. She doesn't back up her products. She will ghost you and her help regarding you and the product. I have been goung here since 2022 and until the new manager stepped in the spa was amazing but now not a positive place to be when the manager is around. The number of employees she has gone through speaks volume of her business practices.

My experience at Cecilia Spa center has been wonderful. Always relaxing and my results are visible! I can thank Sapir and Regan for this and I’ve recently come to know two additional aestheticians who are new to this location. All are very impressive.
