Glad I checked the reviews. Received a call from this office about a referral ordered by my doctor. The caller had an attitude immediately and acted as if she was being inconvenienced. No thank you, if that’s your mindset and I haven’t seen you yet, you’ve lost my trust already.
Dr. Minano is one of the best G.I. doctors out there. She always understands her patients' concerns and doesn’t prescribe unnecessarily strong medications. She believes that health issues can be solved naturally, which is better because medicines sometimes cause more problems. I highly recommend her.
I absolutely love Dr. Minano. I have been to so many gastroenterologists in the past 30 years, she is easy to talk to, and wonderful to work with. I am so afraid of procedures and Dr Minano was great with my fears. Also, she discovered other problems during my colonoscopy and sent me to a specialist. I am now in the surveillance program at SK for one of my issues.I cannot recommend her enough.

Cold doctor. HORRIBLE with appointments. This lady keeps going on vacation or isn’t available most of the time, so you won’t get an appointment until 2 months. Only video calls, which are completely useless. I was neglected for almost a year because of her unavailability, and now my condition worsened. She doesn't view her patients as actual people, when I had appointments with her it just felt like she was going through the motions like how she does with other patients with my condition.
