She made me feel super uncomfortable, like she didn’t like her job or was annoyed, she questioned why my pcp referred me there in the first place, she made me feel as if my symptoms weren’t real or important. Horrible experience
I will never forget my God awful experience with Dr chui. I was "high risk" for gestational diabetes. She was an absolute stickler about the numbers which was so annoying. I am not good with needles or taking blood doing insulin etc and I knew my numbers weren't that bad. This was during COVID btw, and when I told her to her face I was firing her SHE LAUGHED and said " GOOD LUCK, who you gonna find to take you at 34 weeks being high risk??" 1 star is too much. I dont think she likes her job. My wife and I moved here from out of state and thought she would be a good fit for prenatal care for our first child- she was extremely rude, unapologetic and has the worst attitude ever. I would never trust my wife or child with her. Run!
Dr Cecilia Chui is the best thats all i could say
Made and appointment for the Hoffman Estates location, took off a work.I get there and someone scheduled me for the schaumburg location. The front desk person was extremely rude. I was a new patient, I will never come back.
