Horrible Food and Service I ordered for the last time from the O'fallon Cecil Whittaker's tonight. The steak was horribly fatty and tasted like chuck steak not sirloin. The spaghetti was missing all of the meatballs I ordered and paid for and was ice cold. When I called wanting new spaghetti and meatballs in exchange for what they brought I was told NO. This is MY place! I've been going here several times a week for a decade now. Their prices are unreal, and it is the best Cecil's location in St.Charles. I never get tired of their pizza and go every chance I get. I am addicted to this store!! :D
Great "Thin" Pizza; Cheap Tuesdays $3.99 pizza for cheese pizza. .99 cents for each additional topping every Tuesday. My kids love it. Busy nights are also cheap nights at Cecil Whittakers Pizzeria. We usually get carry out or with 4 or more pizza's you can have it delivered to your home.
