Every time we’ve gone something has been wrong, the works are impatient. Once we waited for a pizza that wasn’t ready and quite literally watched them eat the pizza in the back that was ours then make a new one. Idk why but every visit has been unsatisfactory, so I unfortunately think it’s an always thing.
This pizzeria is close to home and convenient however, every time I order there is a problem. I wait a while and talk myself into ordering again and it is another disaster. Food tastes like cardboard, missing or wrong items, the lists goes on. With so few options it in the area it would be nice to have somewhere reliable. I hope things can improve.
If I could give 0 stars I would....customer service sucks! Placed an order for delivery, like I usually do. Was told 20 minutes, an hour later still no pizza. I call and find out they had me down for pickup, they can get deliver in an additional 45 minutes. When I said that wasn't acceptable since I've already waited an hour, the rude girl supposedly named "Anna" (doubt that's her name), tells me "well, you can just cancel".
