I was really nervous but everyone was so nice and he did a really good job! Thank y’all!
I can't recommend them high enough. From the time of arrival I was greeted promptly, and the staff was very friendly. The doctor made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions. After surgery I received a call from the doctor personally to check on me and address any concerns I may have had. I'm so thankful for the doctor and his staff for being treated as a person and just not a patient.
He removed all of my wisdom teeth all 4 spaces of stitches got infected and 2 days later when I called to complain they said he was on vacation for a week so I got sent to the e.r. and put on an antibiotic drip because my mouth and face was so swollen also he and his staff were very rude to me everytime I called or came by. I recommend a better surgeon one with better attitudes towards their patients.
I recently had surgery at Huntsville Oral Surgery, Dr Shrewsberry, IV, DDS, MD and it was one of the easiest, no pain processes I’ve ever been thru regarding Oral Surgury.. from the beginning to the end! Also the entire staff are knowledgeable at their jobs and extremely nice and caring. Dr Shrewsberry is an excellent surgeon, is extremely knowledable and very personable. Our kids recently had all of their wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Shrewsberry. He and his office were very attentive and followed up with how the recovery was going multiple times. We needed some assistance with one of the medications over the weekend and they were very prompt and helpful with that as well. Overall, it was a great experience. The surgery and post healing went well for both kids.
