Was in desperate need of help keep asking to apply for dental assistance , couldn't even apply worker said she just filled out a bunch of applications.... another time needed to see a specialist in Baltimore couldn't get help with medical transportation called several times I was told no because I have a car that I use to get to work 4 miles there and back a day that I need to keep my job, but car wouldn't make it to Baltimore it would overheat plus, I would be unable to drive myself for surgery to Baltimore and back anyway ... read more
This review is directed towards the Medical Transportation Office, which is subdivision of the Health Department. I am on Medicaid, am a Cecil County Resident, and have no vehicle. I was told I qualify for a free medical transport to my specialist. It's a very long story but, right from the get-go, I felt they were very much trying to discourage me from using this service.
