Unreasonable prices. Was hit with a 40% price increase on a service that they’ve done before, the price increase wasn’t authorized or run by me. I tried to resolve it amicably with them and all they did was threaten to charge more if I don’t pay in a few days.

Fantastic company to do business with! Upstanding and ethical! Started out hiring them to do mold remediation. They had by far the best estimate for our job. In the process of the kitchen tear out we, did ourselves, a pipe broke. So instead of just mold remediation, we put in an emergency call to them for water damage tear out. They showed up in a timely manner, tore out wet sheetrock and set up their big boy dehumidifier to dry the kitchen out. This was the area we expected the mold to be the worst. Trent is an excellent consultant. He explained to me why online swab and petri dishes rarely identify accurately what is happening in my home. He is well informed about the industry and helpful with solutions that I could easily afford to help me solve my issue. I highly recommend Cecil Construction because of my positive experience.
