New update. Distributor was installed and still didnt start its the immobilizer as i previously stated before. They wanted to charge me for a diagnostic the didnt even do. I barely wrench on cars how could O have been right and they were not.... wild... good thing I didnt pay for them to diagnose and install two bolts. If you look at yelp they got lie 3 stars alot of 1s or zeros. The kid was nice tho. I hope anyone that has work done is treated better and receives quality work. Great overall experience. They took care of my truck the same day and with great customer service. Scott and his family do a great job, will be definitely choosing them again for my auto-repair needs.
Edit from below... excuse my grammar i write alot and upset doesnt mean im ignorant. Maybe 1/10th of what their reply is accurate. I did think its immobilizer they wanted to charge $250 for estimate not $125 and they specifically said first if they have to do a more intensive diagnostic they would tell me before they charged me. Also Im not the best mechanic but i hold my own ive engine swapped porsches. Him saying i attempted repairs i swapped out fuses and a relay thats always the first thing anyone does. Austin is super awesome. Easy to communicate with, answers the phone most of the time AND returns calls back quickly when not. Seems to be a quick worker//had my car done within the day of it being dropped off, including having parts delivered same day. Upfront with cost breakdown, including sending the breakdown on the customer copy of the receipt. I’m really impressed with the attention to detail, customer care, friendliness, and will definitely be back when needed. Thank you again Austin and all of the Cecil Brown team!
