Update: After 2 weeks, I received my plates and stickers. The vehicle I traded in for my new truck from Cecil Atkinson was a 2024 Tacoma I had bought from Doggett Toyota in Beaumont. After 2 months, I had still not received my plates and had to pay out of pocket for an extension. Is Cecil Atkinson some magical unicorn of a dealership, or does Doggett Toyota suck? Easy to get appointment set up, excellent service! Love my 2023 Toyota Crown
The automated call was answered quickly and my appointment was set to have my brakes changed. Somehow there was a mix up but the awesome staff onsite helped and took care of me. They ordered my parts ahead of time. My circumstances changed and they were very nice, allowing me to cancel my appointment. I highly recommend. Great customer service!
