Gary sold our SCMR home in May 2025 under extraordinarily difficult housing market conditions. Our house went on the market at the end of Feb but everything changed for the market in early April. Prices fell like a stone and a lot of buyers were just walking away because of concerns over the economy. Gary shepherded us through this challenging market perfectly. He's definitely one of the best we've ever had and we highly recommend him.
