I have been waiting for an oil delivery from Burke for over a week. I understand companies are hit hard with Covid, but you would think a company that large had a back up plan? My son uses CECI (Consumers Energy Cooperative) and I called them yesterday...They called me back, I got $200 off for joining the company, and my delivery is tomorrow. I am done with Burke. Just done.
I have been a member of CECI OIl for 6 years and I will never switch. I did the COD thing, but it was unreliable and more trouble than it was worth. The ladies at CECI are always ready to help and I get the service I want at a great price!
