Coming from a big city to small town, was challenging to find someone who does black hair. So lucky to have found Ceci who can do a silk press and perm rods.
Ceci is great at what she does and is just a delightful person. I’ve been seeing her for years and I love coming here to get pampered and I always leave feeling pretty!
