I contacted Phil Wilson to see if he would represent me in my divorce in October 2012. He had represented my husband in some custody matters with his 4 children. I paid all the attorney fees for his bill. Phil assured me that " it wasn't a conflict of interest". He took my $750.00 retainer fee and all the court cost money without hesitation.
