I saw Dr. Zhang on 12-31-2020. I has since spent hours trying to reconcile the bill for the labs that she ordered. I have so far paid $214.40 for labs that should have been covered with the copay but the medical coding used was not approved by my insurance. I was assured that if I paid the $214.40 the rest of the bill would be cleared. Yesterday, I received an outstanding bill for $734.89...from 12-31-2020!!!
