Cece is very professional we worked in the same building for years. I accompanied my cousin for CeCe to do her eyebrows. They looked amazing and so natural.
CeCe is your go-to gal for lash extensions! Highly talented and skilled professional. Her lashes are so light, her facility is clean and beautiful, just wonderful experience.
Horrible quality service - DO NOT BELIEVE HER CLAIMS OR WHAT SHE ADVERTISES! It was so bad my credit company had to reverse the charges. She was extremely unprofessional, refused to fix her poor quality work instead cancelling my appointment after I arrived because I pointed it out, was late for every appointment and the place is a dump. I was literally afraid the ceiling was going to collapse me while I received my service. I would stay away at every cost especially if you are wanting nano brows - it requires 2 appointments... read more
