Avoid this place . Checked in at 6:45 for 7:30 appointment reefer was at negative they want reefer at exact -10 before your appointment time otherwise they will charge u $125 for late fee . My reefee was at -5 at 7:25 they stilll charge me late fee same thing happened with another 2 trucks ahead of me . Avoid this place …
For 10 am appointment came here 9:55 with reefer temp 10 , checked in then she came to check trailer and she said wait until reefer go down to 0 shes came back after half hour and then she you are late now need 125$ , now got door reefer is back on 20 WTH with these dumb people
This place is shitty . Looking for excuses to charge truck truckers for little thing .each driver they are charging $125
