Dr. Ceballous was an absolute God sent miracle to me. I was frostbit in 1976 and lost 7+ toes. I was in the hospital for 70 days. Dr. Cebalous performed surgery, skin crafts at an excellent level. An amazingly gifted man. Other physicians marveled at the work he performed on my feet. And to think I was the beneficiary of a very gifted surgeon from the Philippines sent to a small town in Southwest Virginia. I am incredibly thankful.
