The July 2026 Newsletter from Ceasons Holdings states … “Preservation of your loan principal remains first and foremost to us. Since its 1st loan in 2011, Ceasons Holdings has not had any loans resulting in the loss of investor principal. On foreclosed loans, Ceasons Holdings has covered expenses and sustained losses that were not passed through to investors.” That is why my family continues to be a Hard Money Lender with Ceasons Holdings.
