I am very satisfied with the work they did on my house. I needed to open a side door to my garage. Throughout the entire process, they informed me of the status of the permits. It has been a pleasure working with CEA Builders. They have done a great job. They were always updating on all everything before and after each process I would gladly recommend them On a scale from one to ten. I give them a ten.
I do not recommend this company if you live in an HOA community lake nona cuz they don't respect your property or your land and they don't care what they damage or what they do to it they Steel the electricity on your house and they steal the waters from your house in order to power their tools and equipment to build a house. Leaves nails cut aluminum where your kids play in your own backyard as a homeowner and a parent this is disappointing they don't care about safety. Incredible contractor! Carlos and his team were very kind, detail oriented, exceeded my expectations and were very flexible with the changes I wanted to make.
This General Contractor is wonderful to work with. They are straight forward and honest. They work fast to complete the job. Definitely will use them on other projects in the future.
