This owner of the company CEA Builders Carlos was extremely judgmental, I would use another wrong. However, he over charged and under delivered. He never provided an itemized cost of scope of work completed. He called my home hood and said I should be happy of the work provided. The work contracted was not of great quality. He scammed me and my mother out of 37k he had us sign 2 contracts one with renew finances and one for his own company . He took money from the renew finance contract after lying to them stating we paid for expensive windows when really he gave us the cheapest . He and his staff treated my contract like it was nothing . Everything was done with poor quality. Materials were over priced . Quality was met .
