Highly recommend working with the CER team to build your custom home. You hear a lot of negative things about builders- This is not your typical builder! Can’t say enough great things about Jeff and Jeremy. We built our house during the peak of inflation during COVID and they helped us navigate through it all. 3 years later, if we happen to have an issue with something or a question, Jeremy and Jeff are still answering our texts or calls. We greatly appreciate all their help and expertise with our home.
