This poor excuse for a pool company is not worth your time as we made our requests for side wall cleaning clear onky to have continued algae build up on it that I had to clead so it was not gross to look at, and now they cost me $700 in a new pool pump motor and several months of water leaking by not recognizing the motor seal was bad. I had to find out when the bearings were screaming and then when I called to find out what's happening, they claimed short staffing and the quit on us!
I am very happy to call Mr Luna at C&E prestine he was very professional and explained every detail of what my pool needed. Thank you.
I highly recommend C&E Pristine Pools as my pool repair company. I had two warranty items to replace (Hot tub blower and heater sensor). Jeremy came assessed the problem for each, ordered the parts and came back out the following week. Both are operating normally no. I really enjoyed talking to Jeremy, he explained things thoroughly and made several recommendations for my pool care. They have become my pool maintenance company. I paid $100/service call and am thrilled that I found them.
This pool company is 10 out of 10! I’ve used them a couple years now. Big fixes amd small questions. Jeremy and the staff bend over backwards to go the extra mile. Super chill and feel safe having them on the property. As a female who’s alone when they wrk on my pool. They have never ripped me off, price gouged or belittled concerns or issues. Thats huge!
