BE AWARE!!! STAY AWAY!!!!Tech Austin came out and inspected our unit for our home warranty, he made sure to message us the fee would have to be paid before the service, no exceptions. Extremely disappointed with the service I received from this pool company. I purchased a brand-new pool automation system, and Jeremy—one of the partners—was supposed to handle the install. Instead, he sent an employee who had never installed this type of system before. It was clear from the start that he didn’t know what he was doing, and unfortunately, that showed in the final result. Our pool filter needed to be completely replaced, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. I cannot think this team enough for their transparency, frequency of communication, and quality of work. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend C & E. I hired them to do a complete refacing of our pool, including plaster, coping, tile, deck resurface and extension, and even some equipment replacement. We ran into a limitation of our lot with what we wanted to do with utility easements. Chris and TJ were the only team to come up with a solution so that we could have the seating area we needed - other teams were going to concrete over the easement or simply told us no.
