$309 fee to have them make an initial visit and create some design ideas shortly after the visit. A gentleman arrived and spent some time with us, and said it would take a week or two to get back to us with initial ideas. Three to four weeks later he texted that he was on vacation and very busy, and accidentally put our file in the ‘completed’ pile.
