This company is horrible, from a business standpoint, everyone in the clinic complains about them, multiple locations. And from a client standpoint, it's even worse. There knowledge of BASIC math is so far off, I really feel like 1+1 they use a calculator. I've never seen such a mess with a billing company. Don't waste your investments. Don't let this company ruin the reputation of your business. I do not give low star reviews lightly, but CE Group was challenging to work with as a patient and I want to share my experience. For over six months, around 70 email messages, and hours of phone calls, we worked to resolve recurring billing issues that were showing we owed thousands of dollars from insurance denials.
