I have felt very comfortable living here! The office is very responsive and all the shared spaces are very clean. It is also very quiet and maintenance requests are always taken care of very promptly. I only wish rent and parking was not as expensive.
I had the pleasure of working with Joe for a ceiling fan installation and some heater issues at my home, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, Joe was extremely professional, punctual, and genuinely knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the situation, pinpointed the root cause of my heater problem, and was able to install my new ceiling fan quickly. Highly recommend Joe for any home maintenance needs!
We lived here one year and generally enjoyed it. > Pros: Leasing process was easy. Good spaces and amenities. Management is responsive and easy to work with. Generally happy with our unit, never had any issues requiring maintenance or repairs. Love the gym space, lots of equipment. Excellent location between Midway and Northeast, easy to get around via adjacent freeways. > Cons: The parking garages are NOT secure.
