Hired to be a Maintenance Technician. The Property Manager is inexperienced and constantly makes "stupid decisions" that negatively impact those actually working. Her decision making ability is far from proficient, but you will never get a chance to share your wisdom or experience. Working for this Property Manager has been miserable to say the least. Hired to be a Maintenance Technician. Instead half the job is being a security guard, evicting homeless and drug addicts from the properties. Dangerous situations with no support or training. They will tell you there is a security company…but they only work at night. Definitely a miserable work situation for any technician. I was physically attacked 4 times; sent to the hospital one of those attacks. Any change or improvements for the security of the employees…NONE!
