I never write reviews but this time I’m making an exception. After taking in my Hiace for a cab heat issue, they diagnosed it as a water pump problem. Didn’t make sense to me but ok, they’re the pros. They said they would get back to me with a quote. Nothing. Bought all the parts and spent days doing the install myself. Not an easy job for a cab over van. Still no heat. Huge waste of time and money. I hate to write up a bad post but you do make your own bed.
Probably the most friendly and honest mechanic I've been too, I needed work on my 1st gen mazdaspeed 3. Not only did they do a stellar job they went above and beyond to make sure everything was good to go. Clear and concise information and updates were provided. Going forward they will be the only shop I take my car too
100% recommend! They did fantastic work handling a very difficult problem on my truck. Honest, knowledgeable, and fair pricing. If you have a Toyota this should be your first stop. Thanks Craig!
