I called to get some answers and in mid-breath they hung up on me and then they would not accept the phone call there after. I was calling and inquiring about a trying agent that used to exist. It still may exist I just don't know. They are rude, unprofessional and I would not recommend. You cannot trust somebody if their behavior is like that. It is only a few steps short of actual thievery. It is already crossed the line of deception and cowardice. Irregardless of the excuse.
We bought some PVL flooring with them back in 2020. This kind of flooring is supposed to last 10-20 years, but is already buckling in low traffic areas of our house. The installers of the flooring told us we could call them if we ever had issues with the flooring, but never answer their phone. C&E has been unhelpful in our requests to have this repaired. They just keep referring us to their contractors without making any effort at all to help us.
