We bought some PVL flooring with them back in 2020. This kind of flooring is supposed to last 10-20 years, but is already buckling in low traffic areas of our house. The installers of the flooring told us we could call them if we ever had issues with the flooring, but never answer their phone. C&E has been unhelpful in our requests to have this repaired. They just keep referring us to their contractors without making any effort at all to help us.
I was referred by a local store to go and check out the flooring here and I am so glad that I did. Such great customer service and wonderful selection of products. I really feel like they went over and beyond to help me. They are extremely knowledgeable of their products and are very helpful with suggestions. They were able to help me find what I was looking for.
