I’m a contractor that was desperately trying to find a compressor under warranty and have had an extremely hard time locating one. I ended up going into this branch and working with a rep named James Warwick. He took 110% care of me. This compressor was 2 weeks out and customer is a 80 year old lady with NO ac for 4 days now. Stupid answer machine system, unable to complete ur call ??
Worst parts house and brand! They will never answer phone and insist you use their app to find parts. That would be fine but the app rarely shows correct quantities on hand and doesn’t show warranty pricing or availability. If you are going to make me use the app to service my customers then make the app useful! Also management is horrible and frankly they are don’t care about their customers.
