Did they really close at 4 PM in the summertime? You gotta be kidding me what a joke.
It's always a pain in the butt to come here. Slow the employees are no way motivated to help anybody. Waited here for almost 30min just to get a quote. Instead of improving they are just getting worst

Carrier customer sucks worst of all
I don’t like carrier warranty at all it’s set up to place extra cost on consumer. The technician has to be registered through them which means of course you pay for registration!! AKA pay for us to send you business! So guess who’s paying extra for a pretend WARRANTY.. the consumer!!!
