Bought new unites 1 1/2 years ago for our house it is just a good thing we bought 10 year extended warranty on the unites. Last year our compressor went out in the down stairs unit and it had to be replaced and now the compressor went out in the upstairs unit and now it has to be replaced. We have been without air for two weeks upstairs. And I do not have an appointment as to when they are going to be putting it in. Very difficult to get anyone on phone I would do more business with them if it wasn't so difficult to reach them .
Never seems to answer or return phone calls this isn't the first time very poor service
