This is at least the third time I have received a confirmation email from Carrier to pick up equipment, only to find on the scheduled date that the Supply Store does not have the items available. This causes me to waste valuable time and constitutes a total lack of respect for the customer.
Richard did a great job processing our order in a timely manner. Everything went well at the Woodlands location.
