The customer service at this location/ garland branch is horrible. I was the one of two people signed in and two employees were just sitting together looking on the computer talking. Two laddies just ignoring the customers two of us waited 15 minutes before they acknowledged or took care of us. I wish I never had to come to carrier there just too big and don’t care about customers anymore
I came into carrier in garland today and was met with incredibly nice staff her name was "Diana lumbreras" she was very professional and helpful people like her are the ones that keep us coming back to this location. Thank you Diana your amazing
Very slow service even when they have very little customers. And calling is even worse, expect to wait on hold for at least 15 min every time. For as much as money as these companies make they should have chick fill a service.
